He's been a good dog he just had a attitude from the litter he came from.. I didn't make him that way but he was bred more on the guard dog side than show dog but in the beginning his temper was shocking but I got him to understand I'm no threat to his food.

You dont need a chain to train a large dog. I have a 120 pound Cane Corso/ American Bulldog mix. Never been on a chain and a well behaved dog. I grew up with a Pitbull. Never put her on a chain. Great dog!

If this is the same dog as "Aggressive Rottweiler Puppy" with everyone in the comments bitching about his chain and how you're just training food aggression INTO him, you should link this one into the description of that one. You're very obviously not abusive, you were teaching your dog a lesson when it was a puppy, which, as shown here, did exactly what you said it would do.
I had a link to future videos but most people just look at one and not try to see the progress and complain about what they don't understand which is simply the start of training and where it progressed to.

One good way and very effective way is to handfeed your dog or at least hold the plate as it eats
I was going to recommend the same. We had a resourcing guarding Rottweiler that we were rehabbing, and it came down to hand feeding. The dog came to us at only 74 pounds (should have been 90+) with pavement burns on its feet. The resource guarding was due to the obviously bad circumstances, but we were able to cause the behavior extinction in about 5 weeks.

Well no shit I thought that was the whole purpose of getting a mean breed is so that you can make them mean and protective the dog is probably only on the chain cuz he is outside for the moment you don't see piles of s*** there so I'd say this dog is probably kept up he's got him trained to sit and all that I think he's doing just fine at raising that dog
